Who we Are

We are three business partners who have been working together for the past 8 years. In 2014 we were part of the founding team of one  of the fastest growing Fintech companies in Europe which we successfully exited in 2019. Since then, we work together on opportunities where we can draw in our respective skills and networks.

We started our careers in larger corporations steeped in a culture of best practice,  process and carefully crafted business cases. We share the experience and successes of launching new products and business lines as “intrapreneurs”. Taking this experience forward we gravitated toward  the thriving world of small and medium size  business.  For the past 10 years we have focused on helping innovative companies embrace change at a fast pace. As entrepreneurs we have a strong appreciation for managing strategy, execution, risk management, prioritization, and lean operations.

 

Our value-add goes way beyond dispensing knowledge of consultants. We propose an engagement model based around Interim Management. We become immersed in your business and welcome hands-on assignments as managers and executives as part of your team. We take ownership of goals; we embrace challenge and we lead from the front.

Capital raising shouldn’t be an all-consuming pursuit of the business.  We have a shared track-record in advising and managing the multiple financing requirements of early stage, working capital, private equity, as well as M&A transactions.  We assist management to present the vision and value proposition to investors as well as manage the process to meet the liquidity and valuation requirements of the client.

Crisis Management

Unfortunately, all business, big or small, is called upon to prepare for or manage crisis of differing nature and various degrees of severity.  As part of good governance, understanding the cycle of crisis and preparing for crisis is unavoidable. From adding risk management frameworks to contingency planning for crisis is an integral part of business governance. Through our network we can also arrange crisis management workshops to prepare key personnel on key posture and behaviours to adopt when confronted with real-life crisis.
